At Bringa Hair Oil, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We take utmost care in packing and shipping your order. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we are here to help.
1. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately with your order details.
2. Refund Policy

We provide a refund or replacement only if the product is received in a damaged or leaked condition.

To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos or video proof of the damage.

Refunds will be processed only after verification by our team.
3. Refund Method

For Prepaid Orders, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders, refunds (if approved) will be made via bank transfer/UPI after collecting account details from the customer.
4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not applicable for:

Used or opened bottles

Complaints raised after 48 hours of delivery

Personal dislike of fragrance, texture, or effectiveness (as results vary person to person)
