Cancellation/Refund Policy

At Bringa Hair Oil, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We take utmost care in packing and shipping your order. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we are here to help.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately with your order details.

2. Refund Policy

  • We provide a refund or replacement only if the product is received in a damaged or leaked condition.

  • To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos or video proof of the damage.

  • Refunds will be processed only after verification by our team.

3. Refund Method

  • For Prepaid Orders, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders, refunds (if approved) will be made via bank transfer/UPI after collecting account details from the customer.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Refunds are not applicable for:

    • Used or opened bottles

    • Complaints raised after 48 hours of delivery

    • Personal dislike of fragrance, texture, or effectiveness (as results vary person to person)
